Description
NovoMin® Magnesium is a proprietary form of magnesium bisglycinate chelate, which means that it is more easily absorbed than other forms of magnesium. Other forms of magnesium absorb at lower rates, which means most of it is lost when passed through the digestive system.
We included magnesium in both daytime and nighttime formulas. However, we used a lower dose in Relief Daytime as increased levels could cause a sense of drowsiness during the day.
